Approximately 24 million Americans are living with an Autoimmune Disease

Autoimmune disease has been dubbed by scientists as "The Western disease"as trends and statistics show these diseases to be on the rise only in industrialized nations.

Some scientists and studies have concluded that the chemically congested environment we live in is causing this. From the flame retardant mattress we sleep on to the pesticides we use to keep our lawns a lovely shade of green, the number of chemicals we are exposed to on a daily basis boggles the mind.

Could the materialistic environment of convenience that most Americans have grown accustomed to be a major underlying cause to what is making us sick?
